Competition (Game of Chance) Details, Terms and Conditions – 22/ 10/2021

 

By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms). These Terms consist of “Part A – Competition Details” and “Part B – General Terms and Conditions”.

 

If an entrant (you) does not accept these Terms, you must not participate in the Competition and will not be eligible for any prizes offered in the Competition.

Competition WIN Summer Giveaway - 1 x $100 Gift voucher from Minnow Designs + $100 Gift voucher from Acorn Kids, + $100 Gift voucher from Harrison House,
Eligible Entrants The Competition is open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age at the start of the Competition, except:
  • directors/employees of Minnow Designs, Acorn Kids, or Harrison House;
  • immediate family members of directors/employees of Minnow Designs, Acorn Kids, or Harrison House; or
  • directors/employees of any company associated with the Competition.
“Immediate family members” means any of the following: spouse (current, former or de-facto), child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
Maximum number of entries Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person (including with different email addresses) will be disqualified.
Competition Period Start Date/Time: 7am AEST on 22nd October 2021 Close Date/Time: 7pm AEST on 31/10/2021
Entry Method To enter the Competition, you must:
  • 1 provide your first name, last name & email address to us at https://airtable.com/shrNtkFZFxqD6bhk4
  • Follow the Instagram accounts of Minnow Designs, Acorn Kids AND Harrison House
Judging Date All entries will be judged on or around 10am on the 2nd Nov 2021 at the offices of Minnow Designs Pty Ltd at 2 Macquarie Terrace Balmain, NSW, Australia, by a Director at Minnow Designs Pty Ltd with the agreement of Acorn Kids & Harrison House.
Judging Criteria The Competition is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Winner Determination The winning entry will be selected at random.
Prizes The winner will be awarded a $100 Gift Voucher from Minnow Designs + $100 Gift Voucher from Acorn Kids + $100 Voucher from Harrison House
Total Pool Value for Prizes $300
Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email or phone on 2nd November 2021 using the contact details provided in their entries.
Claim Period The winner will have until 5:00pm AEST on 9th November to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the Prize by 5pm on the 9th November 2021, the winner will forfeit the Prize.
Unclaimed Prize If, after making all reasonable attempts, Minnow Designs Pty Ltd cannot contact the winner or if the winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, Minnow Designs Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, select the entrant with the next best entry as the winner or retain the unclaimed prize.
Prize Delivery To claim the Prize, the winner must provide Minnow Designs Pty Ltd with an email address for the delivery of the prize.
Undelivered Prize If a prize is returned to Minnow Designs Pty Ltd for whatever reason, Minnow Designs Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain the returned prize.
Publicity The winner must, at Minnow Designs Pty Ltd’s reasonable request, participate in all promotional and publicity activities (such as photography and filming) surrounding the winning of the prize, and the winner’s consent to Minnow Designs Pty Ltd using their name and photos in promotional material.
Third Party Platforms Entry to the Competition may be accessed via other platforms, such as Facebook. However, this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with those third party platforms, including Facebook. By entering the Competition, you release Facebook from all liability related to the Competition. Please also refer to clause 6 of Part B “General Terms and Conditions” for more information on how Minnow Designs Pty Ltd handles your personal information.
